Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 1 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of SEOlutions.co and any service purchased from SEOlutions (“SEOlutions,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By ordering a service, approving a written scope or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

1. Our services

SEOlutions provides research, citation-opportunity audits, source-suitability assessments, content recommendations, content development and policy-aware implementation support. The exact deliverables, price and timeline are those shown on the relevant service page, checkout page, proposal, invoice or written confirmation at the time of purchase.

An Opportunity Audit is a customized research service. It may conclude that a citation opportunity exists, that the source should be improved first, or that no responsible opportunity is currently available.

2. No guarantee of Wikipedia acceptance or results

Wikipedia is independently governed and edited. SEOlutions cannot control editorial decisions, community discussions, automated filters, article protection, later revisions or policy changes. We therefore do not guarantee that any citation or edit will be accepted, remain live, avoid review, generate rankings, deliver traffic, improve reputation, appear in AI-generated answers or produce commercial results.

A citation is not an endorsement by Wikipedia, the Wikimedia Foundation, any editor or any reader. SEOlutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Wikimedia Foundation or Wikipedia.

3. Eligibility and client responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • You must provide accurate, complete and lawful information and disclose any relevant relationship to the source, subject or organization.
  • You must own, control or have permission to use the content, data, trademarks and materials supplied to us.
  • You must not request fabricated claims, undisclosed advertising, impersonation, deceptive editing, harassment, evasion of sanctions or any violation of Wikipedia policy or applicable law.
  • You remain responsible for fact-checking and approving any content created for your website before publication.

4. Policy-aware implementation and disclosure

When implementation is included, the work is approached through experienced, policy-aware editors and with conflict-of-interest awareness. Applicable paid-contribution disclosures will be made. No editor’s account history is offered as a guarantee or a way to bypass editorial review. SEOlutions may refuse, pause or stop any request that it reasonably believes is promotional, misleading, unsupported, unsafe or inconsistent with applicable policy.

5. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change for future orders. Applicable taxes, payment-provider charges or specifically approved third-party expenses may be added where clearly disclosed. Payment is due in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise.

The $299 Citation Pathway price includes the $99 Opportunity Audit. If you have already purchased the audit for the same accepted source and proceed within the validity period stated in our offer, only the remaining balance is payable. A separate or materially changed source may require a new assessment.

6. Delivery, review and delays

Delivery is digital, normally by email or a link to the agreed file or report. Timelines begin after cleared payment and receipt of all information reasonably required to start. Estimated timelines do not include delays caused by missing client input, third-party platforms, Wikipedia review, disputes, technical failures or events outside our reasonable control.

You should review each deliverable promptly and notify us of any specific factual error or material deviation from the agreed scope within 7 calendar days. Reasonable corrections within scope will be made. New research questions, a different source, additional pages, new content or strategic changes may require a separate fee.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Customized research and other bespoke digital services may become non-cancellable and non-refundable once work has begun. Duplicate or erroneous payments, services cancelled by SEOlutions before substantive work begins, and services that SEOlutions is unable to deliver are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy. A negative feasibility finding is a valid audit outcome and is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the final client-specific report or content for your internal business purposes and the intended publication purpose. SEOlutions retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, research processes, know-how and general frameworks. You may not resell, publish as a competing template, remove third-party rights notices from, or misrepresent authorship of our proprietary materials.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party will use reasonable care with non-public information received for the engagement. This does not cover information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law or platform policy. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party platforms and links

Our services may involve or link to third-party platforms, including WordPress, payment providers, email providers and Wikimedia projects. Their terms, privacy practices and availability are outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing any third-party terms that apply to your own accounts or use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOlutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated SEO value. Our aggregate liability arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid SEOlutions for that service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SEOlutions against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from materials or instructions you supplied, your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of a deliverable, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Suspension and termination

We may refuse or terminate work for non-payment, abuse, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, undisclosed conflicts, policy-evasion requests, repeated failure to provide required information or material breach. Where appropriate, we will deliver completed paid-for work or calculate any refund under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by emailing hello@SEOlutions.co. Subject to any non-waivable consumer forum or statutory right, courts with jurisdiction in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a forum or remedy available under mandatory applicable law.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future orders. The effective date above will show the latest version. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted paid scope unless both parties agree or the change is required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
