Digital Delivery Policy

1. When the delivery timeline begins

The delivery timeline begins only after we have received:

• Cleared payment for the applicable service;
• Your correct name and email address;
• The website, source URL and other information reasonably required for the work; and
• Any approval, expert input or clarification identified as necessary before work starts.

If required information is missing, the timeline is paused until it is supplied.

A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by SEOlutions in Uttar Pradesh, India. Timelines are estimates unless a written scope expressly states that a date is guaranteed.

3. Delivery method

We deliver to the email address supplied at checkout or confirmed during the engagement. Delivery may be made directly in the email body or through an attached file, cloud-document link or project link. A delivery is considered made when the email is successfully sent or the agreed link is made available, unless we receive a delivery-failure notice.

4. What counts as delivery

• Opportunity Audit: delivery of the customized findings, including a “not yet” or “no responsible opportunity” conclusion.
• Content work: delivery of the agreed draft, revision or final file for the applicable milestone.
• Implementation: completion of the agreed policy-aware action and reporting of the outcome, whether the independent platform accepts, reviews, changes or rejects it.
• Monitoring: delivery of the monitoring update for the period and scope purchased.

Wikipedia acceptance, continued inclusion, rankings, traffic, AI visibility and commercial performance are not digital deliverables and are not guaranteed.

5. Client review window

Please review a deliverable promptly. Report any factual error, inaccessible file or material mismatch with the agreed scope within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order reference and specific issue. We will correct verified in-scope issues within a reasonable period. Silence after the review window does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, but may limit our ability to investigate an older delivery efficiently.

6. Revisions

Reasonable corrections needed to match the written scope are included. A new source, different target article, expanded research, changed strategy, additional content, new facts supplied after delivery or preference-based rewriting outside the scope may require a new quote and timeline.

7. Delays outside our control

Delivery may be delayed by incomplete client input, payment verification, platform outages, article protection, community discussion, policy changes, third-party review, technical failure, illness, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will communicate a material delay and provide a revised estimate. Where SEOlutions cannot deliver the purchased work, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

8. If you do not receive the delivery

Check spam, junk and promotions folders, then email hello@SEOlutions.co from the address used for the order. Include the payer name, purchase date, service and payment reference. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. We will verify the status and resend or provide an alternative secure delivery route where appropriate.

9. Access and file responsibility

Unless a different period is stated, download and securely retain delivered files within 30 days. Third-party links may expire or access may change. You are responsible for maintaining a working email address, sufficient storage, compatible software and safe copies of final deliverables.
