Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancelling before work begins

You may request cancellation by emailing hello@SEOlutions.co as soon as possible. If substantive work has not begun, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less any non-recoverable payment-provider charge that applicable law permits us to deduct and that is disclosed to you.

2. Once customized work has begun

Once research, analysis, drafting, content development or other customized work has begun, the corresponding fee is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable because time and expertise have already been committed to a deliverable that cannot reasonably be resold. If only part of a separately itemized service has begun, we may refund the unstarted portion after deducting the value of work already performed.

3. Opportunity Audit outcomes

The $99 Opportunity Audit pays for research and a feasibility decision. The audit may recommend:

• Submit: a defensible opportunity was identified.
• Improve: the idea has potential, but the source needs strengthening.
• Stop: no responsible opportunity is presently available.

All three are valid deliverables. The audit fee is not refundable merely because the conclusion is “improve” or “stop,” because the purchased research and decision have been supplied.

4. Citation Pathway

The $299 Citation Pathway is the total price for the included audit and agreed implementation work. If you paid $99 for the same audit first and are invited to proceed, only the remaining $200 is payable. If implementation is not offered after the audit, no implementation balance is charged.

After a suitable edit has been prepared or submitted in accordance with the agreed scope, the service is considered delivered even if the edit is later reviewed, changed, reverted or removed. These independent editorial outcomes do not create a right to a refund. If a submission cannot responsibly proceed before implementation work begins, we will explain the reason and refund any separately paid, unearned implementation amount.

5. Content + Citation projects

Content + Citation work begins only after the scope, deliverables, client inputs, timeline and price are agreed. Amounts attributable to completed research, outlines, interviews, drafts, revisions or published content are non-refundable. Any unstarted, separately identifiable phase may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion or where required by law.

Creating stronger content improves source quality but does not guarantee that a suitable Wikipedia opportunity will exist when the content is complete. If citation reassessment is included, the reassessment—not a guaranteed edit—is the deliverable.

6. When a full or partial refund is available

• You made a duplicate or clearly erroneous payment and notify us with supporting details.
• SEOlutions cancels the purchased service before substantive work begins.
• SEOlutions is unable to supply a paid deliverable and no reasonable replacement or revised timeline is accepted.
• A charge was collected for an implementation phase that does not begin.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Corrections are not cancellations

If a deliverable contains a factual error or materially fails to match the agreed scope, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with specific details. We will first make a reasonable correction within scope. A refund may be considered if we cannot correct a material failure. Preference changes, new goals, a different source, additional research or requests beyond the agreed scope are not defects and may require a new fee.

8. How to request cancellation or refund

Email hello@SEOlutions.co with:

• Payer name and email
• Purchase date and service
• Payment or invoice reference
• Reason for the request
• Relevant supporting information

Do not send full card numbers, online-banking credentials, passwords or one-time codes.

9. Review and processing time

We will acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, currency and method; we will provide confirmation after initiation. We cannot control bank or provider posting times.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in this Policy prevents you from using lawful rights with your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may result in suspension of service and recovery of reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law.
